Dear future clients My name is Zulen and I am a licensed Esthetician as well as a certified Ombre Powder Artist. I strive to use my artistic hands and meticulous eye for detail to shape your eyebrows as perfect as possible. I also pride myself on working with only the best products, including sterile and top of the line disposables. As a perfectionist, I approach each client with ultimate care and utmost attention to detail. I do not use a one-size-fits-all template. Instead, I work with your natural shape that suits your facial structure and bone anatomy. A promise that I make to all of my clients is to continue my education from leaders within the beauty industry and to always stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques. Cancellation Policy

Services are scheduled by appointment only with ample time reserved exclusively for each client. For this reason, appointment policies are in place to ensure that I am able to provide the highest quality service in a timely manner. 1) CANCEL/RESCHEDULE POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of a 24 hour notice is required. If you do not provide a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the total service fee. 2) LATE POLICY: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Unless I tell you otherwise. Call/Text me if you know you will be arriving more than 10 minutes late. (I might have wiggle room to service you.) 3) NO SHOW POLICY: In the event that you are a no show/miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service fee. If you are a new client and you no show twice, you will be blocked from booking. Please be considerate of my time as I am of yours. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
